# Acceptance criteria — SIMYL Research template

General rules that apply to every criterion:

1. Each criterion is verified in the agreed environment, declared under "Verification environment".
2. Each verification is repeated at least three times; the median and the range are recorded.
3. For criteria that require an improvement over the baseline, if the result range overlaps the baseline range, the criterion is not met. For criteria with an absolute threshold (for example, p99 ≤ 120 ms), the criterion is met when the median and the unfavourable end of the range are within the threshold.
4. Who verified and the date are recorded for every criterion.

## Verification environment
- Hardware, operating system, versions and configuration:
- Load or traffic period used for verification:
- Measurement tools:

## Baseline
- Baseline date and link to the measurement report:

## Criteria

| ID | Metric | How it is measured (procedure and tool) | Condition | Baseline | Result (median and range) | Met | Verified by / date |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| C1 | Example: p99 latency of endpoint X | Example: 3 runs of 10 min with generator Y at Z requests/s | Example: p99 ≤ 120 ms | | | | |
| C2 | | | | | | | |
| C3 | | | | | | | |
