Multi-tenant backend for property and condominium management

Problem
An operator needed to manage properties and condominiums of several organizations from a single platform, with contracts, payments, notifications and reports, and to grow it gradually without interrupting the service.
Intervention
Design and implementation of the platform’s backend APIs: a single installation serving several organizations (multi-tenant), with the contracts, payments, notifications and reports modules and an architecture oriented to adding capacity in stages.
Recorded results
The platform was built with those four modules. No figures on users, volume or performance are preserved.
Limits
There are no public artifacts of this work and the client is not named. The responsible member’s records date the work to 2017.
